This allows us a large distribution network in which we are able to back haul and deliver products from producers who need help distributing their products.

Piazza Produce is recruiting a Sales Consultant to come join our family. This position is for Dayton, Ohio and surrounding areas. We are a company that can offer you benefits and longevity with job security. The Sales Consultant position is responsible for developing and executing marketing, sales, and merchandising
strategies to generate growing and profitable retail sales within the assigned districts.

Duties:

• Service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establish new accounts by planning and
organizing work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets within the assigned
districts
• Maintain up-to-date awareness of company activities, industry trends and government
regulations
• Increase customer sales in accordance with objectives
• Report daily activities on a consistent basis to the Area Sales Manager
• Communicate with the inside sales department and the transportation department in order to meet customer delivery requirements
• Occasionally deliver items as needed by customers

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• At least 3 years successful related sales experience with an understanding and knowledge of produce food service related products
• Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Office and common E-Mail systems
• Valid identification or driver’s license (if appropriate)
